北京诺金酒店：“禾家”团圆，“禾”美团年 - 禾家中餐厅辞旧迎新团年饭Chinese New Year Dinner at JIA

一夜连两岁，五更分两年。除夕，初一，禾家邀您回“家”过个“禾”美年。

北京诺金酒店的重要标志之一“禾家JIA”中餐厅，得名取自“稼”，意为农作物之家，又蕴含和谐、和美之意；“禾家”为欢聚一堂的“禾美之家”讨得鸿运当头、寿长百年、锦绣前程、发财好市、美上心头的上佳彩头。餐厅装饰设计灵感来自明代著名画家、书法家、美食家徐渭，当代艺术家汤柏华汲取徐渭大写意和泼墨的画风进行创作，并在画作中添加了食材等细节，与徐渭有关美食等题材的作品遥相呼应。

丁酉年的钟声敲响之际，阖家团聚在桌前，热闹喜庆，在推杯换盏间流露出最浓郁真挚的祝福。十间优雅温馨的包厢让孩子们有了奔跑，嘻戏的空间，老人在热闹欢腾中尽享天伦之乐。

餐厅由来自香港的谭炎灿领军，曾在中央电视台厨王争霸赛中获得优胜，并带领40余位知名厨师，融合明文化元素，烹制地道传统的粤菜及30余种港式点心，以最原始形态呈现经典佳肴。为了保证食品质量，诺金团队深入北京周边地区考察，选取顺义、昌平、延庆等地的多家优质绿色生态蔬菜基地和养殖场，成立了“诺金健康农场”——同时拥有养殖基地、屠宰基地、蔬菜种植基地、果品种植基地和若干家合作机构，并严格把关食品原材料的采摘、运输、收货等各个环节，选取优质的货源，采用最新鲜的原材料，为客人提供天然绿色的用餐选择。

谭师傅在30年的厨师生涯中，始终坚持着对美食的一丝不苟。他巧妙的融合明文化元素，烹制地道传统粤菜，汲取古今艺术大家之灵感的餐厅装饰融入食材细节、遥相呼应；热气腾腾、温馨撩人的团年饭摆满在象征富足圆满的圆形大桌，新年美好彩头也尽在年夜饭套餐中，年糕，蒸鱼，寓意着步步高升，蒸蒸日上，年年有余。活灵活现的鱼形及元宝年糕，灵动清透、祈福丰登。谭师傅严控食材，传承传统手艺，结合创新摆盘，精益求精的态度已然变为了一种信念及坚持：“我一直在找寻传统的味道，创新菜式不是不好，但它追求的是一种新鲜感，是个性的东西，因此总会过时。而客人所认同的是传统的，因为他希望能找到儿时的味道、家乡的味道，甚至希望能追溯祖辈的味道。”在传统的味道中追忆儿时的欢声笑语，家的味道让这个传统中国年更添年味儿。

Chinese New Year Reunion Dinner at JIA

The traditional reunion dinner on Chinese New Year’s Eve is a special occasion for the whole family to celebrate together. JIA at NUO Hotel Beijing helps you celebrate the Chinese New Year in style with a sumptuous menu prepared by Chinese Executive Chef Tam Yin Chan, featuring a host of traditional, seasonal dishes designed to bring pleasure, luck and prosperity for the coming year.

Jia, NUO Hotel Beijing’s signature Chinese restaurant, conveys the warm embrace of a peaceful, welcoming home and recalls the familiarity, comfort and and deep satisfaction derived from the best-loved home-cooked meals. Inspired by the works of famous Ming Dynasty-era artist, calligrapher and epicure Xu Wei, who was best known for his Xie Yi or free-style flower-and-bird ink wash paintings, the restaurant’s ambience evokes the natural setting of an exquisite, elegant home.

Chinese Executive Chef Tam Yin Chan began his career in 1986 and won the Chinese-French culinary cook off on CCTV, together with chefs from Hong Kong, the team incorporates Ming cultural elements while cooking authentic, traditional Cantonese cuisine and more than 30 kinds of Hongkongnese Dim Sum, with an emphasis on sourcing fresh, premium, organic ingredients from NUO’s own green farm for healthy dining. With ten luxurious, elegantly appointed private rooms, Jia provides the ideal venue for family gatherings.

There is a special menu for that night. Except the above mentioned food, there are also fish, meat and New Year cake dishes in the dinner. It might be the most sumptuous dinner in the whole year.
